Ridley, a user on TheFuselage was able to translate the audio heard during the test at the Dharma Wants You website. Turns out it was Icelandic. Thanks to Nicole and XaRen for the heads up.
Those who come to the Dharma Initiative will have to travel a long way across the sea at a considerable speed. Work will include being outdoors and physical labor. You may also experience some [instability of time along the way]. Hopefully you, like many others, feel that your social duty is more important than your personal safety.

Interesting... can this information be considered canon? In other words, does this confirm that people have to travel at high speeds to encounter the island?
